Growing up, I was taught that you never call anyone before 10:00 am and never after 10:00 pm. It was considered polite. But, that rule seems to have disappeared. I don't mind the late night text messages, I'm up anyway, but I really hate being woken up at 6:00 am by an incoming message. I keep my phone by my bed because I use the alarm, so... Why did this rule change? Am I some sort of oddball for keeping my phone by my bed? Yes, I know, I can set it so it automatically shuts off at night. But I'm reluctant to do that. Emergencies to crop up and the phone doesn't make distinctions; it won't simply let the important calls through. Recently I had friends who needed help, the last thing I wanted to do was shut off my phone and make myself unavailable. So, what is the solution? I haven't thought of a good one. So my lame 'solution' is to put up with the odd wake up call in order to be there for the people who need me.

I definitely believe that this exercise is for everyone. If you want to live a long life, then you have to do everything that you can. Your health is the most important thing when it comes down to it. Those who do not care about their health are just going to have a bad time in this world. You have to think about everything that you can do to make your life better. This is my philosophy, and I hope I can help people.
